How to Tighten Neck Skin at Home 3 Easy Steps

Sit upright and tilt your head backward, so your chin points upward to the ceiling. Keep your head tilted, and turn your head to the left and right. Hold each position and count to five, relax, and repeat.

  • Pout

Sit upright with your face up looking to the ceiling. Pout your lips continuously for 10 minutes.

  • Neck Lift

Lie on your bed with your head hanging over the edge. Slowly lift your head as high as you can. Repeat not more than five times.

  • Tongue Circles

Sit upright with your mouth closed. Circle your tongue inside your mouth to the right or left and count to 10.

A simple massage on the face and neck has lots of benefits. Using a face roller can improve blood circulation, reduce puffiness, and help tighten the skin. To use a face roller, apply serum, oil, or moisturizer. Do not use without lubricants. For best results, start from the neck, roll upwards, and count to 10. Roll from the jaw to ear (left and right), and roll upwards form from the eyebrow to your edges.

3. EXTEND YOUR SKINCARE TO YOUR NECK

Not everyone remembers to pamper the neck as it should as it gets neglected most times. The neck requires TLC as the rest of the body with a simple skincare routine to improve its appearance.

The neck can be less oily than the face, which can easily make the neck skin dry and wrinkled.  So, when applying moisturizer or serum to your face, do not forget to extend it to your neck. Gently apply with upward strokes.
